Jifflenow works within the native Salesforce application to make it easier for requesters to book meetings. It enables the systematic sharing of CRM data to internal stakeholders via meeting requests. Meeting data can also be pushed into Salesforce reports and dashboards.
Jifflenow syncs external attendees and their meeting and survey data to Marketo as during or after the event so that the marketing team can write triggers on this data to create campaigns.

Jifflenow automatically schedules Zoom meetings when a new meeting is created. There is a checkbox that the meeting scheduler will need to check when scheduling the meeting. This creates a meeting on Zoom. When the meeting is cancelled or edited in Jifflenow, it is also cancelled or edited respectively in Zoom. The APIs version used here is v2 of zoom.
When a meeting requested is submitted in Jifflenow, Jifflenow opens a new tab with the Echovision ‘Create briefing document’ page open. After the user creates a briefing document in Echovision and saves, Jifflenow lets Echovision call a Jifflenow API and insert the URL of the Briefing Document into the respective meeting so that it is available in notifications
