Faster Search in the Master Calendar
The enhanced user experience now includes advanced search capability in the master calendar. Users can search for a meeting with multiple attributes like Meeting Type, Email ID, Meeting ID, Customer Name, and Meeting Topic. All the meetings that match the search criteria will get highlighted on the master calendar.
This advanced search capability will enable meeting managers to:
- Search with the name of the external attendee and direct him to a meeting room
- Search for all meetings with a specific customer based on the name of the organization
- Have the option to redirect customers to a specific room based on meeting ID
- Search for a particular meeting type like executive meetings, demo, tracks, sessions, etc.
