Latest Enhancements in Jifflenow Event Meetings Software

New event creation made simple

Launching a new event is faster and more convenient with our new ‘Create Event’ feature. Meeting managers can now request a new event that has similar parameters to a previous event, directly from the Jifflenow event page. This new functionality allows importing parameters such as location, topics, users, and configuration/settings from previous events to the new event. For example, create your Dreamforce 2019 event based on the settings from Dreamforce 2018.

Once the request is placed, and the event is powered, meeting managers can review the event at their convenience and publish it to users.

Here is a brief video that shows the easier way to create new events that may be similar to a prior event.

New integrations with badge vendors – Experient and Rainfocus

Jifflenow Event Meetings is now integrated with badge scan solutions from Rainfocus and Experient. Badge scan technologies from these vendors are used at marquee events like VMworld, Adobe summit, Cisco Live, NRF NAB, RSA, and many more. This integration enables Jifflenow customers to scan attendee badges directly with the Jifflenow Mobile App onsite, check them into

pre-scheduled meetings, or schedule them into a new meeting or demo.

Featured Engagement Types

Drive more pre-scheduled meetings and demos with the External Request Form

It is a fact that more meetings drive more pipeline. The Jifflenow “External Request Form” makes it easy to run pre-event digital campaigns to promote inbound meeting requests from customers and prospects. External requests are synced with Jifflenow Event Meetings to enable customers, and partners to request meetings or demos with your sales teams, subject matter experts, and executives at the event venue. The form is customizable, allowing you to capture the preferred date, time, topic, and the customer’s goals for the meeting.

Meeting managers have the option to accept or reject each request. Attendees receive a confirmation via email once a request is approved. The external request form can also be configured to auto-confirm incoming requests with an available time, location, and meeting host. Your Customer Success Manager can provide details on both options

Customer Testimonial

“We saw an immediate increase in the number of engagements and quality of interactions at the event after we started using the external landing pages for meetings and demos. Our attendees were better prepared and it significantly impacted the meetings and opportunity pipeline.”

Offsite locations for meetings

Offsite locations for meetings

The most important meetings aren’t always in the boardroom. A breakfast meeting at a nearby coffee shop or a dinner with a customer is where many deals are closed. Allowing requesters to input their own meeting location empowers your organization to track meetings that take place outside of your designated event space, private rooms, and demo stations. Jifflenow lets you maintain control of offsite meetings with the same ability to set availability, access and workflow rules available with other meeting types.

Offsite Locations will not appear in the list of available locations for other Requestors, nor will it appear on the master calendar under the locations tab.

Customer Testimonial

“Offsite locations was a game-changer for us, a lot of offsite meetings were not tracked as it was scheduled in outlook, now we can track both event meetings and offsite meetings on a single platform, we can now quickly create an offsite meeting and track it.”
