Latest Enhancements in Jifflenow Event Meetings
Jifflenow Mobile App can do Badge Scan and more at CES 2020 and NRF 2020
We are thrilled to announce that Jifflenow Event Meetings now supports integration with Compusystems, Experient, Aventri (ITN) and Rainfocus. Badge scan technologies from these vendors are used at leading industry events like CES, NRF, HIMSS, VMworld, Adobe summit, Cisco Live, NAB, RSA, SEMA and many more.
With Jifflenow’s badge scan solution, you can:
- Capture walk-ins by creating a new meeting upon check-in
- Auto check-in attendees to a meeting
- Take a survey of a checked-in person
- Use regular mobile devices with familiar controls and user experience
Contact your Customer Success Manager to get this capability included at an additional cost.
All Meetings can now begin within the Jifflenow Salesforce App
Booking meetings from within Jifflenow Salesforce App provides a number of benefits to your organization. The ability to tie event meetings directly to accounts, contacts and sales opportunities is the foundation for reporting on the effectiveness of any strategic meetings program.
With so many convenient ways to schedule meetings using Jifflenow - the web portal, mobile app or Salesforce app, the challenge for some has been ‘How can I direct my sales users to schedule from the Salesforce app?'
By popular demand, we now offer a setting that requires all new meeting requests to begin in Salesforce. Once a meeting is created, and the required data has been captured, requesters are free to manage or edit their meetings through the Jifflenow web portal or mobile app.
This setting is designed for easy management, allowing exceptions for groups or individuals who need the flexibility to begin their requests outside of Salesforce like Meeting Managers, Executive Admins and people without a Salesforce license.
