Easily Transfer Meeting to Another Internal Attendee
The enhanced user experience now supports meeting transfer from one internal attendee to another. Meeting transfer comes in handy when an internal attendee is not available, or another attendee is better suited for the meeting. In such cases, Meeting Managers or the attendee themselves can transfer the meeting to another attendee directly from the Meeting list page. The new attendee receives a meeting invite and cancellation is sent to the previous attendee.
Quick-Schedule Meetings from Room Master Calendar
Meeting managers can now schedule a meeting from the room master calendar window without initiating a new book meeting. Quick-Schedule requires minimal details such as location, meeting type, and company name along with meeting notes. The feature enables meeting managers to address bulk meeting requests from the sales executives quickly.
