Terms and Conditions

For Referral Program, May to July 2021

The May 2021 Referral Program and its terms and conditions are subject to change.
Jifflenow reserves the right to find ineligible any participant in the program at its sole discretion and the decision is Final.
Both referrer and referred contact must meet the MQL (marketing qualified lead) criteria as defined at Jifflenow.
This program ends on July 31, 2021, at 5 pm PST. Jifflenow reserves the right to terminate this program at any time and without notice.
Referrer and referred contact should be at least 21 years old to be eligible for benefits.
The reward is non-transferable or redeemable for cash. Any transfer of the reward tenders it to be ineligible to receive the benefits.
Program and awards are conditional and subject to local laws and regulations.
The referrer may not be an employee, a family member of an employee, a legal representative, of Jifflenow, or any Affiliate of Jifflenow.
We introduce programs such as these in good faith and expect the same good faith in return. Please note that we may withhold awards where we believe the referrer and/or the referred contact are not acting in good faith or otherwise acting contrary to the intent of this program. Commercializing, publishing, mass distributing, selling, or paying for use of referral links is prohibited, and will result in the disqualification for the award.
The referred contract can unsubscribe or opt-out of the referral program by contacting at privacy@jifflenow.com and request for deletion of their personal data as well.
