  • Hari Shetty is the chief visionary and strategist for Jifflenow and has over a decade of experience in enterprise software. Before launching Jifflenow, Hari held multiple leadership roles at Aspect Software, including pre-sales, professional services and technology architecture, and was responsible for winning several multi-million dollar deals for Aspect with Fortune 1000 and Government clients. Hari has a Bachelors Degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering from Mysore University, India and a Masters Degree in Software Engineering from University of Texas at Arlington.

  • As the Vice President of Engineering for Jifflenow, Rajan is responsible for technology strategy, engineering and all operational aspects of the Jifflenow software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform and its infrastructure.Prior to joining Jifflenow, Rajan was the Director of Engineering at Iron Mountain, where he led the company’s customer facing product development teams. Prior to that, he led Pricing, Supply Chain & Financials Product Development at Oracle Retail & Tesco. Rajan holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Durgapur, and Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore (IIMB).

  • Aaron heads the Sales team at Jifflenow and is responsible for driving new business and the overall revenue to achieve our goals. Before joining Jifflenow, Aaron held leadership positions in Sales, Marketing, and Business Operations Management. He has worked with major OEM’s such as HP before moving to the startup world. Aaron has helped startups forge partnership with multiple Fortune 500 companies including Dell, Cisco and Toshiba products. Aaron has continued his education, completing multiple certification classes and accredited courses in business operations, leadership development and organizational management.

  • Amresh has a vast global experience and strong background in Talent acquisition, Talent Development and Management, Organizational structure, and Business Consulting. Specifically, as Head of Regalix over the last 4 years, Amresh has been very impactful in getting his company scale from 50 to 500 employees. Prior to Regalix, he had led several HR functions at Century Link  India in Bangalore.

    Amresh will focus on making Jifflenow’s employees more successful. He will strengthen our culture and the value system embodied in the COMMIT values, providing Jifflers with training and development resources, providing them with opportunities to excel, and hiring employees who are closely aligned with our culture.

     

  • Sridhar heads the Global Finance at Jifflenow and is responsible for Global Finance, Strategic Reporting, Business Partnership, Investor relationship, Tax, Treasury and Compliance. He comes with a 12 year career background spanning across Services and Technology companies, to name a few are COGNIZANT (NASDAQ: CTSH), JDA and EMULEX (NASDAQ: AVGO), where he successfully played active roles in setting up and driving the Finance, Business Support and Strategy functions in a leadership position. He has mentored and led diverse global teams cutting across the region, culture and language. Sridhar is a Chartered Accountant (From ICAI) and Cost Accountant (From ICWAI) by profession and has strong penchant for coaching peers and team members

  • As the Vice President of Products at Jifflenow, Darrin is responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and experience for our products. He has over 15 years experience in software product management, including leading the Product Management team for Cisco’s >$1B cloud based SaaS collaboration platform WebEx where he brought to market both Cloud Connected Audio and WebEx Telepresence. He has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine.

  • I have been serving customers for over 20 years in operational, customer service and Leadership roles in both the SaaS and Computer Hardware Industries. Over this time I have been fortunate to gain a diverse level of experience by working my way up from individual contributor to Leadership level in each position I have held. This experience has given me a unique perspective and knowledge of the important skill sets required for Leadership and Customer Success. In every decision or action, I strive to always focus on the fundamental principles of customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and team building.

  • With a 15+ year career in Sales, Sonya has served as a senior-level strategist responsible for creating corporate action plans responsible for producing cumulative annual sales revenues of over $15M and has achieved President’s Club, Director of the Quarter, Sales Excellence, and Top Gun honors numerous times.

    Most recently she spent 4 years at Act-On Software, helping build all-star teams covering multiple large sales regions nationwide. In addition, she regularly provided strengths to rollout new products/services and improve strategic sales planning, sales enablement, sales operations, finance, marketing, and customer service activities.
