Rajesh Setty
Founder and Chairman

Raj Setty is president of Foresight Plus, a management consulting firm, and Suggestica, a media company. He also serves on the board of Compassites, a product development company in India. Raj co-founded CIGNEX Technologies in 2000 and served as president and CEO until 2005, achieving revenue growth of over 250% a year. Raj is a well-known author and speaker in the US and India. His latest book, Beyond Code, was published in 2005. He writes a popular blog called "Life Beyond Code".

Hari Shetty
Founder and CEO

Hari Shetty is the chief visionary and strategist for Jiffle and has over a decade of experience in enterprise software. Before launching Jiffle, Hari held multiple leadership roles at Aspect Software, including pre-sales, professional services and technology architecture, and was responsible for winning several multi-million dollar deals for Aspect with Fortune 1000 and government clients.

Hari has a Bachelors degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering from Mysore University, India and a Masters degree in Software Engineering from University of Texas at Arlington.

Yakov Soloveychik

35-year industry veteran Yakov Soloveychik is a respected senior management consultant and executive coach, with expertise in transitional management development and operating management. Yakov has served as CEO, COO, engineer and scientist for multiple technology companies and has founded or co-founded companies in such varied fields as architectural components, specialized metal manufacturing, and products for the blind and visually impaired.

He is known for his deep insight into people, relational dynamics, and his systems perspective on organizational development. His ability to explain and process communicational barriers and opportunities has helped many organizations navigate bureaucracy, retain staff, and create a high performing culture. Some of the clients Mark has worked with include Amex, Royal Bank of Canada, PWC, Rogers Communication, Youth Specialties and CIBC.
