At the time, Rock had done years of research and published many papers on persuasive communication, and was a sought after speaker in the U.S. and internationally.
Rock holds a BS in Psychology from Arizona State Univ., a Masters and Doctorate in Applied Social Psychology from the Univ. of Houston, as well as an alumnus of Stanford University's Graduate School of Business Executive Education Program. Rock has been the CEO of several successful Internet and software companies in Silicon Valley. He is a veteran of company acquisitions, having negotiated such for each company he led, as well as having led a company to the position of a public offering.
Stuart Malcolm Scott
Member of the Advisory Board
Stuart Malcolm Scott, CEO and Chief Conversation Starter at Guinnen MacRath, is an architect of business transformation. He teaches, writes, and coaches on the subject of creating powerful conversations to shape change in organizations. During the last twenty years, he has worked with companies on five continents to redesign their business processes, leadership models, and organizational communication patterns.
Scott graduated from Northwestern University in 1977 with a degree in music. He promptly fell through a rabbit hole and found himself in the software business, where he spent years learning everything the hard way. When he realized that doing things the hard way is standard operating procedure in many businesses, he became a student - and later a skilled practitioner - of business process improvement.
He credits much of his effectiveness as a business transformation leader to Virginia Satir, a 20th century pioneer in the field of family therapy. Satir's models of human interaction give change leaders powerful tools for bringing out the best in people and the organizations they work in. In 2006 Stuart was elected to the board of directors of Avanta, The Virginia Satir Network.
Stuart travels extensively, and makes his home in North Carolina.

"I work with clients all over the world, and Jiffle is the only system I've found that is easy to use, cost-effective and allows my clients and me to connect without wasting any time whatsoever--theirs or mine. With Jiffle, I spend less than 60 minutes setting up a full month of appointments in advance, which saves me at least an hour a day over the course of that month. That's tremendously valuable to a small business owner. And Jiffle delivers additional business value in terms of client satisfaction, because my clients love the application as much as I do--they even use Jiffle as a verb, as in 'Can I Jiffle you?'"
