No credit card or commitment is required to download Jiffle.

What are the Jiffle system requirements?

For Outlook Subscribers:
Microsoft Windows XP (Home or Professional edition) with SP2 or

Microsoft Outlook 2002 or 2003 SP2 or 2007
Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0
Internet Explorer (IE) 6.x or 7.0 or Firefox 1.5x

For Google Subscribers:

Do I need to download Microsoft.NET framework?

No you do not. Microsoft.Net is automatically downloaded to your computer during the Jiffle download and only if you choose to sync with Outlook.

When I share my calendar with my contacts do they need to download or sign up?

No, all they need is an Internet browser, nothing more. Your contacts don't have to subscribe to Jiffle or install any software to schedule meetings with you.

Does Jiffle sync with Outlook or Google Calendar?

Yes, Jiffle automatically syncs with your Outlook or Google Calendar. All appointments made using Jiffle are automatically updated in your calendar.

Can Jiffle work with other Calendars?

You can use Jiffle Calendar instead of a 3rd party calendar. Jiffle also will be introducing compatibility with other calendars later this year.

Do you store private information such as appointment details, about my calendar on your servers?

No, we only store your availability that you specify. We do not store any information about your existing appointments in Outlook.

I see you have subscription plans, is Jiffle really free?

Absolutely. Jiffle Free has full scheduling functionality for users who only need to confirm 10 meetings or less per month. If you need to confirm more than 10 meetings or would like additional features such as company branding and multi-user administration, see our subscription plans.

I only see the Free Subscription plan. How can I signup for the Plus, Pro or Corporate plan?

Yes, Jiffle Corporate provides the central ability to manage subscriptions and provide company branding with volume discounts.
